RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Since all our personalized paper products are designed by you – it is very
important that you double check your work prior to placing orders. Our print shop
feature has been programmed to have you proof check twice before submitting your
order. After which, this order can not be returned for copy errors. We are happy
to offer a full refund or exchange on any non-personalized items that are not
completely satisfactory. All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order date.
For returns received 30 days after date of purchase, a merchandise credit will
be issued. Exchange requests will be fulfilled according to availability. A credit
will be issued for all returns/exchanges on discounted sale merchandise.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written
reason for the return and/or any exchange request. If your package did not come
with a receipt because it was a gift, simply provide us with your order number
(found on your gift message as well as on the UPS mailing label in the ref:
field) along with your name, address and your exchange request.
Please ship your return to the Design-her Gals warehouse. For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified
mail or UPS/FedEx ground service, so you have a record of the return. Goods
must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care.
We will credit the account and/or make exchange arrangements upon receipt of
goods and will email you a confirmation. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise
is non-refundable in most cases. Please note, while we process returns on a
weekly basis, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit
